Getting Certified


Although the Work Dynamics Profile® Report is user-friendly, the feedback can be very powerful for some individuals within a team and both leaders and individual contributors. Since the role of the consultant is important to the value of the feedback and how interventions can be applied, we require that the instrument be administered only by certified professionals. We provide certification in many ways including our group training program or individual certification via classroom or webinars.

Minimum Qualifications for Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Organizational experience in coaching, training, human resources, organizational development or conflict management
  • Previous involvement with assessment instruments

Results

By attending the program, participants:

  • Gain an understanding of the Work Dynamics Profile®
  • Develop an understanding of the science behind the tool
  • Learn how to read and analyze data in the feedback report
  • Develop an ability to facilitate a feedback session using the Work Dynamics Profile
  • Learn practical applications of the Work Dynamics Profile and how to assist leaders and managers with planning for organizaitonal interventions
  • Become eligible to purchase the Work Dynamics Profile

Special Features

Each participant has the opportunity to use the Work Dynamics Profile for one team or work group. As part of the certification process, each participant receives:

  • A guide to interpretive and intervention considerations
  • Administrative & Technical Guide
  • A sample feedback reports
